MEP Project Manager

Responsible to directly manage the safety, quality and conformance of all MEP scope on the construction project

Ensures appropriate design/ construction coordination is completed

Oversee and coordinate activities leading up to and including balancing, commissioning and certification of MEP systems

Manage close-out of MEP related systems and contracts

Interview and assist with selection of sub-contractors for each project

Responsible for the day-to-day management of MEP sub-contractors

Conduct site walks to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, including schedule updates

Obtain all MEP close out documentation, as built, etc.

Produce the MEP part of the bids for new projects

Minimum 3 years of Health and Safety main contracting experience

Health and Safety Inspector Certificate – 80hrs

Be proactive, hard-working and enthusiastic individuals

Be able to interact with all members of site teams and clients to ensure effective relationships are established and successful delivery of our clients construction projects

Strive to keep the workplace free from injury and ill health
