Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings has been active in Romania since September 2019 and focused its activity on the construction of industrial buildings for logistics, production as well as retail, offices and car parks, supported by our own prefabricated concrete factory, Vanaton.
Willy Naessens Romania has a requirement for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will be an innovative collaborator and proven performer who enjoys working on teams that deliver superior results.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the advice, auditing and general management of all Health and Safety matters across all projects
Implement and maintain a framework for ensuring compliance with the various statutory requirements
Engaging all project stakeholders who have a range of different priorities in different contexts and ensure agreement can be reached for employing safety management plans
Producing the necessary Health and Safety documentation for our sites and production plant and undertaking regular inspections to ensure the thorough implementation of the Health and Safety measures
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Health and Safety main contracting experience
Health and Safety Inspector Certificate – 80hrs
Be proactive, hard-working and enthusiastic individuals
Be able to interact with all members of site teams and clients to ensure effective relationships are established and successful delivery of our clients construction projects
Strive to keep the workplace free from injury and ill health
Last but not least, since this is a multinational working environment an excellent command of English is a must
