Job description
- Engineer designing 3D modeling of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, prestressed reinforced concrete, monolithic reinforced concrete, in the field of industrial, engineering, civil and agricultural constructions.
- Minimum professional experience of 1 year
Responsibilities
- Creation of 3D models based on the information received from the design engineer, architectural plans, installation plans and existing technology in the prefabricated factory.
- Development of factory and site execution drawings for: DTAC, PTh, DE and AS Build
- Creating bill of materials
- Placing orders for materials according to suppliers and the need from the factory or construction site
- Project coordination with architects, installers and other engineers
- Coordination with the prefabricated production factory both on the timing side and on the formwork side
- Provide technical assistance during the execution period
The ideal candidate
- Graduate of the TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF CONSTRUCTION / FACULTY OF CONSTRUCTION specializing in CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL & AGRICULTURAL CONSTRUCTION
- STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER with minimum experience of 1 year
- User/knowledge of technical drawing program: Tekla, Nemetschek, Autocad or other 2D or 3D modeling program
- Spatial vision and technical sense
- Proactive, results-oriented person
- The availability/ability to work in teams of interdisciplinary specialists
- Availability/ability to make correlations with factory production
- Knowledge in the construction field, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and attention to details
- Person with good organizational, communication and planning skills
- Foreign languages: English at an intermediate level is an advantage
- Driving license category B - is an advantage
